| It's easier to say Kareoke in English than Karaoke which is why the term was adopted and more widely used in the eighties and nineties in the US. However people that were more concerned about correctness than language conformity and flow brought Karaoke back to the forefront. So I'm told, but would like to hear from language experts on this matter. | ||
